Spell Bowl

 

The Flint Lake Spell Bowl team is made up of fourth and fifth grade students. They learn 750 words throughout the competition season. The competition takes place in November and students compete against other Valparaiso schools and schools across Indiana. Students are asked to spell eight different words from the list during seven rounds and schools with the most points are recognized state-wide.
