Flint Lake Elementary has a wonderful family feel and I am super excited to be starting my 2nd year as the Principal at Flint Lake! Some of our main goals here at FLEL are to provide a foundation of skills to help all our students improve academically, socially, and emotionally within our school. It is our goal to provide a safe and fun environment for our students to help prepare our students to grow each and every day!
I have been in education for over 15 years all here at Valparaiso Community Schools. My family is surrounded by educators as my wife is a former secondary English teacher. My daughter, Bella, is headed to Indiana University Bloomington this year. My oldest son, Jack, is in 8th grade and my youngest son, Colson, is in 2nd grade. I am fortunate enough to be the handler for one of VCS Therapy Dogs. Zoe is at Flint Lake everyday to help our students in many different aspects of learning!
In my free time I enjoy spending time at the lake with my family, attending sporting events, and contributing to many different Valparaiso Community events. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of any assistance.
